Antonio Allegri da Correggio (agosto de 1489 - 5 de marzo de 1534) fue un pintor italiano del renacimiento. Sus trabajos tienen ecos del estilo de Mantegna. Fue influenciado por Lorenzo Costa y Leonardo da Vinci. Es comúnmente considerado como pionero del uso de la luz. Sus trabajos son descritos en la obra Vite de Giorgio Vasari.
